How to Apply
Step-by-step application guide
Clean the roof thoroughly with a high-pressure washer to remove dirt, algae, and loose material. Allow to dry completely.
Treat any rust spots with a suitable rust converter or metal primer before applying Roof Coating.
Seal any cracks, gaps, or open joints with a suitable sealant and allow to cure.
Apply the first coat diluted 10% with clean water using a brush, roller, or airless spray.
Allow to dry for a minimum of 4 hours.
Apply the second coat undiluted for maximum protection and coverage.
